We have no mobile app

We do not have an Android or iOS mobile application. We disburse loans only via direct bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) to your verified salary account. We never ask for OTPs, ATM PINs or net-banking credentials over phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from paisasure and demands a fee, OTP or app install, report it to grievance@paisasure.money immediately.

How to verify a paisasure communication

• SMS to you will always come from a DLT-registered sender ID starting with PSURE.
• WhatsApp messages, when enabled, come only from our verified green-tick business number +91-99999-00000. No other number is ours.
• Emails come only from @paisasure.money domains — never from gmail.com, outlook.com, or any free email provider.
• Phone calls come from 1800-123-4567. Other numbers may be from our outbound team — always ask for the agent ID and verify by calling our helpline back.

Red flags — stop and report

• Anyone asking you to download an APK, sideload an app, or join a Telegram / WhatsApp group to "process your loan".
• Demand for an "upfront processing fee", "GST advance", "RBI clearance fee", or any payment before disbursal.
• Sharing of OTPs, ATM PINs, net-banking passwords, or scanned blank cheques.
• Threatening calls to family members, employer or social contacts. Our Fair Practice Code prohibits this.

Report a suspicious communication

Forward the SMS / email / screenshot to grievance@paisasure.money and call the National Cyber Crime helpline 1930 or file at cybercrime.gov.in. For phishing apps, you may also report to Google Play or the App Store directly.
